I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in May 2012
Interview
I submitted my resume to Enterprise's summer internship and was immediately given a call back from Enterprise. The person on the other line asked me a few questions about my college experience, what I wanted out of a future career, and what you can bring to the table. A big part of their business is customer service, so make sure you talk about experience with helping customers and being a part of a team. After that impromptu phone screening, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The Talent Acquisition Specialist asked me about my work history to hear what I got out of my work experience as well as some other things. It's a pretty standard interview. I asked her some questions about a day in the Enterprise workplace, interactions with customers, teamwork, etc. Five days later, I was offered the internship without needing a second interview.
