Interview
They make you go through 4 interviews total, way too many for an entry level job like this. They also space the interviews out over long spans of time: I spent almost a month on this interview process and I didn't even get the job. They tell you that retail experience will substitute for sales experience; lies. All they want is someone with sales experience, nothing else matters.

Question 1
Explain a time when you had to sell an intangible item.
Give an example of a time when you had to convince someone to buy something that they did not want.
How competitive are you on a scale of 1-10.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
