Was contacted by recruiter and what followed was a short phone interview. During the phone interview the recruiter scheduled me to come in for a 1 on 1 interview. Interviewed with same recruiter. Interview was easy-going, and the recruiter was very nice, except she was about 30 minutes late. While waiting for the interview, I got a glance at their management trainee staff as they were coming in for a meeting. They all looked to be in their very early 20's, right out of college (21 - 23). The recruiter even hinted toward that in the interview. Being older, this troubled me a bit. I was contacted several days later informing that they were going with other candidates.

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
