I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Las Vegas, NV) in Dec 2012
Interview
Was contacted by recruiter and what followed was a short phone interview. During the phone interview the recruiter scheduled me to come in for a 1 on 1 interview.
Interviewed with same recruiter. Interview was easy-going, and the recruiter was very nice, except she was about 30 minutes late. While waiting for the interview, I got a glance at their management trainee staff as they were coming in for a meeting. They all looked to be in their very early 20's, right out of college (21 - 23). The recruiter even hinted toward that in the interview. Being older, this troubled me a bit.
I was contacted several days later informing that they were going with other candidates.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
