The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Ahoskie, NC) in Apr 2012
Interview
Applied online, few days later got an email about scheduling a phone interview. Scheduled the phone interview, did the phone interview. Only took 10 minutes. It was with the regional recruiting manager. Very nice and personable. Scheduled 1:1 interview for about a week later. Took maybe 30-40 minutes. Asked about my past sales experience, future goals, asked about any hard sales situations I've seen/been in contact with, how I handled a under performing employee, etc. Was not a hard interview if you've had sales experience. May be more challenging if you haven't but still not impossible. I asked about 5 questions. They like questions so ask. They also like suits so wear one. Felt confident coming out of the interview but luckily she ripped the band aid off within 2 days saying they went with another candidate. Bummed but the pay is only average, hours are long, but they make up for it in benefits/afternoon off during the week, etc. Would have liked to try it but unfortunately, no offer. Seemed like people liked where they worked though.

Question 1
Challenges you've faced in sales, with other employee (ones you've supervised if any mostly). If you're competitive or not, where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc. ASK YOUR OWN QUESTIONS ASAP. For giggles have 3-5.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
