I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2012
Interview
Referred by an existing employee and applied online. Contacted 3 days later by a recruiter and went over the general expectations of the job, salary, etc. Set up an in person interview for the following week. Office was in a nice area of town. Interviewer was young. Questions were generally behavior and sales related. The interview process is quite ridiculous in my opinion. Go through 4 interviews to get a job that is literally renting cars and customer service. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to apply here.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
