The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Dec 2011
Interview
Applied online, and received a follow up phone call within a week. Met with a recruiter for an initial interview; it was a pretty easy/laid-back process. I scheduled my last interview with the branch and area managers for the next week, and it was definitely more difficult than the first. They are very sales-oriented, and want to see ability to sell.

Question 1
Name a time when you were able to sell something to a reluctant customer
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
