Interview
I initially submitted an online application. I wathen contacted for a phone screening. I was invited in for an intervew with the recruiter. I waen invited back for an interview with the area manager which included a branch observation. After the second interview I was inviteback for the third and final interview with the Regional Rental Manager. This interview was the only one I had to wait to find out the outcome. They called about three days later to offer me the position.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
