The first round was with HR, and they described the role and asked a series of questions. Questions were mostly on background and past experience. The interview took about 30 minutes.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
