The interview was conducted in a professional manner. The interviewer was very charismatic; a friendly individual with kind demeanor. He was informative and he answered all the questions that I had regarding the position in China thoroughly. The job specific questions that he asked weren't too challenging, and they give you an idea of what is expected of a teacher from the company. The hypothetical scenarios that he created while asking these questions portrayed real-life situations that teachers would find themselves in when teaching students or meeting with parents, and tested my ability to think and function as a teacher. The feedback that he gave to my responses to these questions was definitely meaningful and I learned much from this experience.

It was a quick and easy process i was asked the usual questions, why? Experience? Behaviour management? And then told to create a mock activity lesson (i was given a prompt on what to do). It was super easy!

Question 1
You get told to watch a video on class being taught and you have to explain whats going on?
The recruiter was polite, but standoff-ish. She a little rude when asked questions and the interview was rushed, as she said she overbooked herself, so therefore, she didn't want for me to waste her time with questions. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion.
