Very fast process. Applied and a few days later invited me for an interview. Interview lasted 30 mins on Teams. Asked me situational questions like describe a time when I had a conflict with someone at work or uni or describe a time when you had to work under ambiguous circumstances. At the end, my questions about the company were answered.

Overall, it was a positive experience. The interview process I had with EF 1 was very detailed and interactive, which I truly appreciated. I enjoyed my interview with English 1 and felt supported throughout.
Told me one thing in the interview and then changed things around once I arrived to the country. Make sure have documented what was actually and hold them to what was actually said so you don't have the wool pulled over your eyes.

It was a pretty quick interview overall, and the process felt quite straightforward. They asked a few common questions first, then continued with some classroom-related questions afterward. They also mentioned that they are still reviewing quite a lot of candidates at the moment, so I think there are quite a few applicants for the role.
