I applied online. I interviewed at Emma (Berlín) in Apr 2022
Interview
Unprofessional and negative experience.
First of all I did an assessment which is not easy, then some HR intern booked the interview with me for 1st round, 20 min, and was late.
I waited for him for 15 min and I left, sent him an email, told him we were supposed to have interview 15 min ago, and asked him if ther's been some mistake.
6 min after the interview was supposed to end, he sent an email to me saying that they missed me, and asked me if I'm still interested in their company. While replying the email I sent, telling me "no worries", and asked me did the interview link not work?
I immediately got pissed off by him secretely trying to put the blame on me. I directly said that the link was fine, it's just that you're late. He then said that there might've been a technical mistake. Not even an apology. Not even a simple sorry.
I booked another call anyway, and another HR interviwed me. During the conversation, she was constantly looking away, lowering her head to take note or something, shaking her legs, and looking very distracted and bored. I answered all of her questions, calculated 4.75% * 440 fastly, she said she's impressed, and then 2 days later she told me they're not moving forward with me. (But to be fair, she did listen to me since she asked some questions from the stuff I said. It's just that her guesture and body language seemed like some high school teenager at a math class)
Overall, a waste of my time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
4.75% of 440; describe someone who's the most hard to work with; how would you deal with conflicts now.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Frankfurt am Main) in Mar 2022
Interview
The process took in 3 consecutive sessions in one day (after one screening step pf course), where I was asked questions mostly about Emma's core values (though it was a technical interview).
I was rejected, but they didn't give me a clear feedback on what was the problem (which I think I deserved, considering the time and energy I've spend).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was actually to solve a case on how to choose the best next market to enter for Emma. They presented some data (GDP, population, ecommerce rev, ...) to consider while analyzing the situation.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Dec 2021
Interview
Step 1. Online test

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions are quire specific and are related to situations at work (e.g. what would you do if.., give an example of ...). There are also small cases that need to be solved during the interview (e.g. which markets should we expand to next, based on the data in the table).
