I applied online. I interviewed at Emma (Shanghái, Shanghai) in Mar 2022
Interview
Very positive experience I applied for junior marketing role, but they required Cantonese speaking which I don't speak. So was recommended a Business development position, so I tried previous hr interview went well, finally it was the manager interview, I don't have enough experience to answer the BD question from manager, so didn't get the job. It was a mid-senior level role, overall if I had a little bit experience with BD process the interview would be smooth.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Frankfurt am Main) in May 2022
Interview
The interviewer was very unprofessional and was late to the interview. They are just interested in abusing your work hours and not even slightly interested in you as a person, which contradicts what they claim to be. They don't care whether their employee will be living on the streets as long as they come to work.

Call with the talent acquisition. The worse experience ever. The bias is unlimited. First they check the surname origin and accordingly they send you or not an online assessment. For the same role I have used my fathers surname in Germany and in Portugal on another application my mothers surname. Guess what? My Portuguese application required online assessment for the exact same role. Well done.
