I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Emma in Jul 2023
Interview
Tedious. You have to present and sell yourself clearly by showcasing your thought processes, skills and experience. Underwent 4 interviews in total including an online assessment with most of the interviews happening in the same day
Good process - very professional, a lot of personal-fit questions, not a lot asked about previous experience but fits to overall Emma DNA. I had 3 interviews and before that there was a presentation about Emma as company

Question 1
How did you deal with a difficult situation in your team in the past?

Interview
After submitting a job application, as far as I understand relevant profiles are sent two assessment tests. After completing the tests and receiving an above-average score within a few days, Emma sent me this message: " You achieved good scores on our aptitude test and, based on this, you were selected to move forward to our screening stage. However, reviewing your scores together with your application, we unfortunately have to tell you that we've made the decision not to move forward at this time." What does that mean? So they're: 1. Screened your resume 2. Forced the candidate to spend time taking IQ tests, which is generally a sign of an immature hiring team 3. Good test performance is still NOT a reason to invite the candidate to the next round? Emma seems to be a company that thinks too much of itself. Reading the feedback from previous candidates clearly shows the immaturity of the entire hiring team.
