Applying was pretty easy and straightforward. You don't need to write a cover letter, but they do ask you some questions to understand your motivation and your experience. They replied to me to set up a first interview pretty quickly, after 2-3 days.

I applied online and the day after I got a link to perform a PI Congitive Test. Such tests are a horrible way to filter candidates. We are in 2024. In any case I performed the test. Days after I receive a “rejection email” with no further information whatsoever. I guess I dodged a bullet. A company who rely in online tests to select candidates should not be reliable at all to work with. Avoid this company.
