The first phase was really thorough. They asked about most things in your resume and asked about your experiences. Most especially, they highlighted on your outputs and how relevant it was for me and my career. Likewise, they also got to know me and my personality. The last phase of the interview was more of a "case study" in which scenarios and cases are presented and they would want to hear your logic and thought process from it. Overall, I can say that this company is really thorough and systematic when it comes to job interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Who is the person that you don't get along with the most and how will this person describe you
The first interview was easy as they only wanted to know a little about me and why am I applying. The interviewer was very nice too. After this is when it gets good...
They finally get back to me asking me if I was interested in another role within the same department. My experience and expertise were very well suited to the position I applied but anyway I accepted to apply for the new role.
The first interview for the new role was similar to the first one I did.
The second interview was absolutely ridiculous. I was interviewed by someone who I would work with in my department and by another person who had nothing to do with it. This person made most of the talking, the situational questions didn't apply in any way shape or form to the role. From the beginning he was laying his head on his hand looking completely uninterested with a sarcastic smirk the whole interview.
From some of the negative interviews people post here, I could say with 80% certainty they're interviewed by this guy.
I was very excited for the opportunity but changing the role I was much more suited for without even giving a reason and then making an interview all about if I am applying for the new role "just for the sake of it" makes no sense and I would have promptly declined the offer if it was made.
