Embraer interview questions

The process was long, and I went through several stages, with different people, HR, future superiors, future colleagues and other areas that would be affected by the new area that was being created. Part of it was by phone and the rest was in person. I was not required to deliver a presentation, but I was asked a lot of questions related to how I would respond to a given situation, or how I dealt with specific problems in the past.

3 phases. First a phone screening w HR, second with the supervisor and third with the area coordenator. Questions about your CV, reason why you want to work at the company, about your previous experience and brief explanation about the work you will potentially do.
