Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

This was an internal interview. The process was fairly straight forward with no surprises other than it turned into a group interview without my fore knowledge. This actually played to everyones advantage as multiple questions from different management levels were addressed and allowed the decision process move along more efficiently.

Overall, it was an easy interview with very friendly people. The company seemed warm and inviting and the interviews themselves were very relaxed. The HR rep kept in contact with me throughout (with minimal prompting on my part) up until the company began it's re-org and of course, all hiring was frozen. I thought it seemed like a nice place to work and I was disappointed that due to circumstances and such, we were unable to reach an agreement. BTW, it was 30 days from application submission to phone interview, 30 days from that for in person interview, and 30 days later the company froze all hiring. Very lengthy process and the only reason I am not rating it "very easy".
