Received the interview through my college career fair. First, you must pass an online test that asks you personality questions and others regarding previous employment. After that, I was lucky enough to skip the next step which is a phone interview and go straight to an interview with the DM. He needed to be reassured that I actually had researched the company first. Many questions were about ambition and drive to succeed. In the end, I was lucky enough for him to be honest and let me know why he might not go with me or why he would. He told me that he normally could decide within minutes of meeting a candidate but had not with me and needed to think on it. The reason why I did not receive the job, according to him, is that he was looking for a person that wanted to quickly climb the ladder, possibly moving city to city, and just did not know if I was willing to do that. I have heard from insiders that when you are asked where you would like to live, you have to know where the open position is or you have a huge chance of missing out on the job even if you say that you are flexible.
