The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Feb 2011
Interview
the guy who interviewed me face to face hadn't even reviewed my resume beforehand. it was weird. then, he wanted to see my college transcripts from ten years ago, and took issue with the fact that my lit. grades were higher than my chemistry grades. based on my experience, you need to gush and gush on how passionate you are about selling and making money. don't sugarcoat it and be sure not to have any other real "passions" or they'll see it as a bad sign. also, the questions from the telephone interview have nothing to do with the job at all. the hiring manager doesn't even communicate with the phone screener. i have no idea what the phone screen is for.

Interview
Applied and filled our personality test, recieved e-mail with in one week to set up phone interview, phone interview was conducted by an outside company who only knew the basics about the position. Lasted about 30 mins (was sceduled for 45) told me I would hear back with in 7-10 days. Heard back with in 3 hours asking that I fill out and fax an application, and would be set up with a face to face. Completed Application and faxed back. It's been a week and I havnt heard anything yet, so who knows?
Phone interview was all behavioral based so know your STAR tactics, why Eli Lilly, Why Pharma. I did my research so I wasnt surprised when they wanted to continue, just not sure why I havnt heard anything since...maybe getting too impatient?
