Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

I applied online. I did a phone interview with a consulting firm that knew nothing about Pharma. I received an email the same day of the phone interview to schedule a face to face interview. I interviewed with 2 managers and a Executive Rep. I was given a call to interview again with the hiring manager. I interviewed with him for about 3 hours. Long process but you must be well prepared...

The process was very fast but the information from HR and the Hiring Manager was completely out of sync. I found out that I was added to the list of face to face interviews at the very last minute. I scrambled around to make all of thier "mandatory deadlines" for information submission. I basically was given the run around then I didn't hear from anyone for two weeks after I was told by the hiring manager that I would hear from him personally within a week and he made a big effort to let me know what area code would be calling and so forth and so on. Then after two weeks, went thru a series of more interiviews via phone and panel. Every interview was the same as the first. It was as if no one had ever read my resume or had spoken to me before. I was eventually offered the position.
