I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2014
Interview
I submitted my resume and information online and the following day I had a phone call/screen with the recruiter. The recruiter asked about my background, walked through my resume, and compensation expectations. She was really impressed and assured me that the hiring manager would like to speak with me further. About a week later, I got the automated email informing me they are moving forward with other applicants. I believe it really came down to the fact that I was going to be relocating to Indianapolis from a different city and have not moved yet.
I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Windlesham, England) in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied online and got a rejection email by mistake. A few weeks later, a HR person called me to arrange an interview. It was a day long interview at their research site. 20 minute presentation on a previously given topic and 1:1 interviews with each team member. After a week, got a call with detailed feedback.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Jun 2014
Interview
I applied online, then someone called to schedule the phone interview. The phone interview was very professional and it lasted about 30 minutes. I was told I would make it to the face to face interview with the hiring manager. About one week later I had the face to face interview with three district managers. Pretty easy interview. I expected a lot of STAR questions, but didn't get any. Definately not what I expected from a pharmaceutical interview.
