The interview was held in rented office space with multiple candidates interviewing for the same position. Friendly interviewers with a prepared list of expected questions, but I found it more difficult than usual to develop rapport or get a feel for how interview was going.

Question 1
Look at this data - what can you tell me about it?
Do you have an example of a time you have:
Worked in a team; managed a number of projects/tasks at one time; started working on something in a particular way and then realised that perhaps it's not the best way of doing it
Etc.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Dec 2010
Interview
There were three face to face interviews over the course of the day. Some interviewers seemed more interested in your responses then others. I found my second interviewer to be rushing in the interview and seemed rather disinterested. Predominantly competency based, give examples where you have demonstrated a certain personality trait. I was fortunate enough to not have him as an interviewer but I was told that someone tested one's accounting knowledge and fundamentals.
