Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

I was recruited after Eli Lilly reps saw me compete at a sales competition. They were impressed with my sales skills and asked if I would sign up for an initial sales intern interview. During the first interview, I felt welcomed and comfortable with the reps. It was very conversational, and they asked me behavioral questions as well as questions related to my resume. I made it through the first interview and then was invited to a very nice dinner. Then, I completed the final interview where more questions were asked. Ultimately I was not given the internship. I was later told by a different rep that I wasn't chosen because "my resume seemed unprofessional" and "I didn't clique with the reps." Make sure to have a clean, polished, professional resume! I thought mine was fine as I had it reviewed by the career center at my university.
