Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

It was one interview with 2 people, they ask me about my work experience, then they ask me to explain some techniques that I learn in my science class, I mention about protein purification using chromatography and they ask me to explain, it was a hard interview and it was difficult for me to explain some of the question when I was lack of experience

I took my interview in Sesto Fiorentino with a hiring manager. The process was very traditional, we talked about my previuos work experiences, education and other experiences. The questions were very easy, strenghts, weaknesses and how I would fit for the position. They asked about my grades and average performance for my university exams. The recruiter was very welcoming and nice; for sure she made a great impression to me
