I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2015
Interview
Phone screen for Clinical Data Associate position. Email from hiring manager to set up a phone screen interview for following week. Manager appeared very competent, friendly. First 20 minutes focused on reviewing my CV for jobs that related to the job for which I was being considered (clearly I was more than qualified). 5 minutes of general position information. 10 minutes allowed for Q&A from me. Hiring Manager 'seemed' straight forward in next steps to help manage my expectations. Time will tell. With technology what it is it companies should be more timely in moving the process along. Either you are interested in the candidate or you are not. At the last was asked about my current salary. Hiring Manager never indicated this was out of scope for the position or not and being the old school candidate did not feel comortable enough to inquire. Which Glassdoor had more salary postings for this position.

Interview
This was for the Diabetes position. I applied online and was prompted to take a screening. However, the website reported an error. I had to go to my employment home page and select to start the assessment as week later. I passed the assessment. After one week, I checked my application status and it showed not selected. I think this is a numbers game and its really hard. I had all of their requirements.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Albany, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
Received a phone call stating it was just a quick screen, but it turned out to be about twenty minutes long. After the phone "screen", I received an email stating I passed the first round interview, and was invited to complete a second interview. The second one was very relaxed and conversational. Spoke about resume and past experience. Nothing too heavy.
