I applied online. The process took 8+ months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
Filled out online survey upon submitting application and cover letter. What a waste of time. The survey took me 45 + min. and at the end of the survey the final page told me that other canadates that took the survey were more qualified. hahaha! What a joke.
I would have been happier if maybe after so many unfavorable responses, it just would cut me off. Thats a solid hour of my life I will never get back.

Interview
I applied online. Was contacted via phone to schedule an interview. The interview was with the HR specialist, which lasted for about 30 mins. The interviewer went over my CV, asked me some questions to further clarify some stuff. I was asked about my education, family, work experience, etc. Overall, the interviewer was friendly yet very professional. Towards the end, I asked some questions I had in mind, which the interviewer answered gladly. This was the first in a series of four interviews for prospective candidates.
