I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
It was with two people, one I was assuming was an HR person and one a scientist. Was a relatively quick interview. Both the interviewers were incredibly kind and seemed excited to a part of the interview. Not too many challenging questions.

Question 1

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2015
Interview
Non-technical interview. What I got from most of the recruiters and interviewers was that the positions was not very technical. You work with established IT systems as tools to construct other systems that will help different areas of the company. There are "developers" but most of these people work on the apps that the company promotes to go along with their health initiatives.
