Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

All day interview with multiple people involved in the interview process. Start at 8:00 A.M. did not finish until 4:00P.M. Tour of the facility. Had the chance to talk to current employees. Described the day to day activities. Met with HR for benefits questions. Had lunch and discussed my background and interest with the company.

I applied online. I was called to have a face to face interview one week later. I met with three different people. It took approximately 2 1/2 hours. I was offered the position the following week. Then I was asked to submit information for a background check and a drug test. The whole process moved fairly quickly.
