Standard STAR type questions. Interviewed with several different people and all of them needed to agree on me. Some were nicer than others. Some tried to play "tough guy".

Interview
The interview process was good, the management was nice and friendly. Some of the question in the interview were taken from an HR list of question, and all the management was supposed to ask at least two of the questions. The interview was long about 2-3 hours so be prepare to spend a lot time in there.

Most of the interview questions were to define candidates personality and some of them will make think hard before you answer.

Interview
Phone interview was scheduled 2 weeks after application. 20~30 minutes of phone interview with future supervisor followed by on-site interview after 1~2 weeks. Final decision received in about one week.
