Interview
A 3 hour round robin between the various supervisors and hiring managers. Each interviewer gets a packet with your resume and a list of questions on 5 pages with 3 columns to choose from. You have to answer questions based on
1. who/where,
2. the story, and
3. resolution.

Tell me about a time when you had to mentor a member of your team who was perhaps shy.
Tell me about a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker.
How would you react in the following situation: You arrive to work 10 minutes early: there's a person standing by your office door, a pile of red priority folders on your desk, messages on your phone, and urgent emails.

Interview
On campus recruiting - resume submitted through school career website and received invite for first round phone interview with HR. Received invite for the 2nd round interview and was flew to the head-office for onsite interviews. Onsite interviews for a full day with 5 different interviewers. Met with senior leaders from different departments and a few senior managers from your future team.

Interview
There will be only one interview and it is mostly behavioural. As long as you are not a dbag you should be fine addressing their questions. You won't be hired by Lilly so there will be another company that will contract you to Lilly. Pretty common thing at Lilly. Be aware that Lilly is a big cooperation and everything is corporate like (most likely)
