I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2016
Interview
The process started with a one on one phone interview. I was asked to come in for a second interview. That interview wasn't for three weeks. I then was not notified that I was not getting the job for three weeks after. That was only after I contacted the hiring manager.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Feb 2016
Interview
Interviewers were cordial but lacked any kind of facial expression or smile when speaking about their experiences with Lilly. Personalities were not exposed or asked to be exposed in any way. Very robotic type of interview. As I said, the interviewers were cordial, but the most boring, not engaging, interview I think I have ever experienced. I have several years of successful pharmaceutical experience. A smile, showing passion and personality, a strong science background, and an exceptional work ethic have all been factors to my success. Lilly is a good company but not a good match for me.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Shanghái, Shanghai) in Oct 2015

Just like other regular sales representative interviews in China, experience from former interviewers might be great helpful since all the questions are cycled.
