Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

First interview was right after a career fair at the university. The interview was behavioral, asking questions about past projects/experiences on my resume. Main language in Puerto Rico is spanish, so the interview was mainly in spanish, but they also asked a few questions in english to ensure you know how to communicate effectively in both languages. Second interview was a phone conference with two engineers from the department I was applying for (Automation Department). Again, asked questions based on my projects/experiences on my resume and how I used engineering to work those experiences.

Interview process took about 2 and a half months. It seemed like each week the recruiter was telling me that the positions which I was supposed to interview were no longer available.
