Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

Pretty standard, starting with a screening interview and then with a more formal interview with multiple teams. They let me know that the decision would be made in a couple of weeks. However, even after several weeks there has been no communication from the company.

My first contact with the hiring manager was a career fair. I spoke with a few team members in a virtual breakout room. I was asked to have a phone interview and then proceeded to have a group interview. The only part of the process I did not like was the group interview. I was somewhat intimidated because there were graduate students competing for the internship and I could not compete with them.
