Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

The interview process mainly consisted of two technical/behavioral rounds with team leads along with relevant technical tests (SQL test, in my case for my role). Work experience, business case study, logical puzzles, guesstimates, and domain knowledge were the main topics of discussion. Domain knowledge is critical for candidates with a pharma consultancy background. SQL test was an online proctored test for a duration of 45minutes. Code editor, test cases were provided for each of the 8 questions asked in the test. The 3rd interview more of a managerial round with the director. The entire process was smooth with HR quick to respond. Interviews and tests were conducted within 3 weeks from the day of the first HR screening call.
