Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

I’ve had initial discussion and 1st round interviews for at least 4 positions. Only 1 made it to the offer and it wasn’t an interest or really a qualified position. The 1st and 2nd phone discussions lead absolutely nowhere with no update, even when they are good. It’s quite sad because obviously I am committed to joining the organization and even working on site. So I don’t understand. I’m sure it competitive, but it’s Indianapolis. No feedback, no status. I’m not wasting my time again. 🥱🙄🙄

Interview process lasted 3 or so weeks and had a typical structure i.e phone screen, hiring manager interview, and then multiple 1:1’s. Make sure you brush up on your STAR responses.
