Got a phone screening call, the HR rep was very professional, she went through the benefits and basic requirements of the job, i.e. EMEA working hours. Two rounds of interview, one with HR director and another with hiring manager (based in SG). After final interview, no reply at all on the interview result. Got ghosted after multiple email follow ups. After two weeks, I checked their Workday and looked into my application status as 'not selected'. As a fresh graduate, I wanted to know my feedback so that I can improve better, so I asked for feedback or the reason why I was unselected as I thought everything went well. Got ghosted completely. I think this is absolutely unpleasant, especially coming from a reputable pharma company like Eli Lilly. They should hire more compassionate and kind HR people. Just from this experience, I feel that the company does not care about their employees.

Interview
Total 3 rounds. First was technical round with programming questions and overall skills it took 1 hour. Second round was also a technical with senior manager who was very polite and it tool almost 45 minutes, here I was asked to solve various programming challenges and overall It was good. Then Another round with Technical HR she basically asked question about me any my communications and team working. Now I'm waiting for my Offer as all of these rounds went very well.

Good hollistic evaluation setup to identify right talent which is not just a typical IT project manager but also has the ability to understand the function as well as the people in the team and ensure growth of both the org and the people.
