Team meets and greets. Genuinely nice people who are not difficult to the candidates when asking questions. They pack lot of interviews in one day, but the questions on leadership positions is limited.

First impressions, when you check in the hotel provided by them they dime and nickel what expenses will not be reimbursed , for example a water bottle in your room

First step is the Phone Screen. This was followed by a 20 minute seminar + Q/A with 3 scientists. My last step was 45 minute seminar + Q/A (>50 people) and a full day of interviews

Situational questions were asked to understand our ability to problem solve. We were expected to pull from our past experiences as opposed to responding what we would do in a hypothetical situation. It was more of a dialogue as opposed to a question and answer session.
