The interview : Before starting the interview the HR told me that my profile is interesting but there is no one who can supervise me (even if i demonstrate that i can do the work without supervision), so she basically rejected my application but still wants to keep with the interview. It was a temporary contract, the offer stated "experience would be a plus", and I have the qualification and experiences. It would be more professional to directly reject my application rather than wasting time on scheduling the interview.
