Eaton interview questions

Applied through website. Received call back requesting phone interview about 2 weeks later. One week after phone interview, was asked to fly to a plant with other interns for a 2nd round interview. About a week after the 2nd round interview, an offer was extended. Initial interview questions were standard textbook behavioral questions. The 2nd round interview consisted of 2 interviews. One with my manager and one with another manager. They asked a few questions but were more interested in getting to know me and judging the "fit".

HR contacted me via email and set up a phone interview with hiring manager. The phone interview asked about my past experiences and had me walk them through my resume. At the end of the call I was told he wanted me to speak with another employee and that HR would follow up with me. I did not hear anything from HR over the next week so began proactively following up via email with the HR focal. I never heard back from the HR focal and after 1 month I was sent a form letter of rejection.
