Eaton interview questions

3 step process. On campus interview with basic behavioral questions. Followed by a phone interview with a manager, more behavioral questions. Final interview at headquaters with 2 1:1 interviews, a sales based scenario interview, and a "made up product" sales presentation w/ powerpoint in front of managers.

I hear they have a Panel review process now where all must sign off. My interview Process was more a conversation with 3 Managers and the VP. I had been recruited by them.
