I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2013
Interview
I reached out to them at a large career fair, they gave in an in person interview the next day.It was 2 back to back 30 minute interviews with 2 different groups of 2 people. Mostly behavioral questions. They reached out to me about 2 weeks after the interview with a verbal offer, and I received an e-offer a couple of days later. They gave a 2 week deadline and were pretty firm on not extending it more than a couple of days past that.

Question 1
It was just behavioral questions. Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a teammate?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (College Station, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
You will be asked the typical interview questions that you describe how you handle challenges, and the process you took to move through those challenges. Make sure you are clear in your response, and take time if you need it. My interviewer was professional and easy going throughout the entire process. I had to prepare a 5-10 minute sales presentation on a target electrical product for the end of my interview, it went quite well. I was not offered a position, likely because I gave too high of a range for the hourly pay.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Eaton (Camarillo, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I did a phone interview with a talent acquisition person back east. She was very nice. She took her time to go over the company facility in Camarillo, spoke of the good things and the potential path for me there. She spoke of the work being done there and the environment of the workplace. She sold me on getting a job there until we discussed the salary. The salary they were offering was quite below what I felt that a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with my experience and qualifications should be.
