Eaton interview questions

The entire hiring process took 3+ Months. Had an phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with the Hiring manager. They then brought me in for a panel interview where I talked with: Hr, Senior Inside Sales Engineer, 2 Application Engineers and lastly my direct manager (Hiring Manager) and another manager. There was another guy there interviewing for the same position. The process was well organized.

Not very hectic mostly behavioural questions and stress on knowing the quality of person technology learning is on the job mostly. Ask about previous projects and extra curricular activites at college. Leadership role if any and willingness to learn is checked
