Interview
I applied through a campus process. The company came in for Internship and confirmed that they might offer a job if one performs as per their expectation. The interview completely depends upon on the interviewer's background. More or less, the first round is "Technical Knowledge check+Behavioural check followed by HR Round. Few of my other batchmates had one more round between the 1st round and the HR Round. They even might ask you during the Interview, what do you know about the company. During any of the rounds you go through, they check your behaviour and test your way of handling a situation.

Interview
An HR Manager will interview you first and then the hiring manager will do a phone interview. If they like you, you then a call back to do a panel interview which consists of the Manager, Finance Director, Senior Manager Staff, the Controller and the HR Manager. Each will then ask about your personality and work experiences and how you would deal certain situations.

Interview
Very good and detailed interview. There were three rounds. they use lominger competencies to check if you are good for their company. What more do I write? why is there a reason for writing 30 as a minimum. I am really annoyed by glassdoors policy. I already gave the required information consisely. This is what happens when you force people to write things they are totally not interested in writing about.
