I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
The interview consisted of two short phone interviews (each less than 30 minutes), both on the same day. Questions were all situational/character based questions, with no technical questions. I was offered an interview within a week or two of applying, and was offered a position a few days after the interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (Pune) in Oct 2016
Interview
3 interviews - 2 technical and 1 HR. Almost day long process. Few candidates called, may be for varied positions. Felt like interview was a mere formality and position was already closed with a candidate of lower experience finalized. Questions based only on project experiences and people management experiences. HR round had lots of assurances about remuneration and all even without asking for it.

Similar questions in technical rounds. HR round seemed a formality. Technical questions for design process, design challenges and ways to deal with. HR round had familiar discussions about offering a career instead of a job.
