I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (New York, NY) in Aug 2013
Interview
Email conversation until interview set up - Informal feel, easy questions. Talked to one person first, and then another. Discussed various operations and opportunities available to current students and recent graduates. Overall very simple questions and laid back feel.

Talk about a time when you had to tell someone they were doing something inappropriate
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Eaton (Budapest) in Feb 2017
Interview
First, pre-screen call received after a couple of weeks without news from my online application. The person was very aggressive, most probably under pressure and over stressed, the interview did not go well. The HR person was trying to ask me tricky questions about why I am not good for the job. It ended up quite weirdly... Really bizarre experience from my side

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (Loughborough, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
I had a brief phone interview for about 20 mins where they called me out of nowhere. I passed the interview and they gave me an assessment centre 1 month later. The assessment centre started of with a verbal, numerical, abstract written test (more MCQ). After that we had a group assignment where we had to divide the jobs according to priorities and why. After, we had a situational judgement test where you were a manager and you had to sort all the jobs into priorities and had to pick out the key issues in all the jobs. Next, we were given a group presentation task with 3 people where we had to research and sort the plan out in 30 mins and give a presentation for 10 mins.
After that there was a long break and then they rejected people who didn't pass either of the tasks. I was one of them lol
