Eastman Kodak interview questions

I applied online. I received a call back to do a phone screening about 2.5 weeks later. I then had to meet on site for an interview the following week.. The individuals interviewing me were nice however they seemed out of touch with the interviewing process. The lead scientist said he had not interviewed anyone before in the 40+ years with the company. All four interviewers read the same set of questions with no variation.One interviewer even felt the need to answer the question for me making assumptions about my past experiences before I was even aloud to speak. The questions were easy. Lastly the only person who seemed qualified to even interview anyone was the main manager who was seeking young talent to nurture with in the company. If you are younger than 30 this position may be hard to meet young people as the office consisted of no more than 5 people.

It was very good ..asked about employment background and what i could bring to the table. They also asked about how I handle safety issues..am i good team player and things of that nature.
