Eastman Kodak interview questions

I enjoyed the interview process, the interviewers were well informed, and could easily answer all my questions. I am concerned about Kodak's financial future, they admitted problems in the past, but are looking to succeed in the future.

Had a phone interview about the position with a recruiter and was asked a couple questions. After about 2-3 months I was contacted to come in for an in person interview. Interviewed with a panel of engineers whom I would be working with and took a tour of the factory afterwards. During the interview, I was asked about my skills and some situational questions. I was offered the job the following week.
