Primarily a coding assessment covering topics like multimodal RAG and fine-tuning. Compliance rules required single-monitor use; I disconnected my secondary monitor, and the patient interviewer proceeded smoothly.
Round 2: Senior Manager Interview
Involved an intuitive coding task: compute similarity between two input sentences. The interviewer allowed Copilot, Google, and other resources, creating a fun, collaborative vibe. A creative element had me answer a question with eyes closed.
HR Experience: Unresponsive throughout—likely due to high volume. They sent the offer letter without a call to confirm details, ask about joining intent, or properly coordinate schedules.
Interviews were professional and positive; HR process needs improvement.
