The process was nice and friendly, had a 30 minutes chat with Partner in a Tim Hortons near the company, treated with respect. However the environment is really not a good one because it was so noisy and often the case I was not able to hear what he was talking, luckily he was a nice gentleman and did not care.

The interview was split into two parts - an interview with a senior manager, and the overall lead for the department. The interview with the senior manager was just lies and hot air, and him stroking his ego, while the interview with the associate partner was a sales pitch which made me think they knew what they were doing. I was wrong.

Some of the technical questions were totally basic, which I wouldn't have expected at an interview like this. They actually caught me off guard and I was thinking "did you serious just ask that", such as "what methodology would you follow when testing a web application"
