I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY (Manchester, Inglaterra) in May 2018
Interview
The interview was split into two parts - an interview with a senior manager, and the overall lead for the department. The interview with the senior manager was just lies and hot air, and him stroking his ego, while the interview with the associate partner was a sales pitch which made me think they knew what they were doing. I was wrong.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Some of the technical questions were totally basic, which I wouldn't have expected at an interview like this. They actually caught me off guard and I was thinking "did you serious just ask that", such as "what methodology would you follow when testing a web application"
3 rounds, including a case study. Very classic consulting interview you could imagine.
Be well prepared and show your industry knowledge. Present your answer in an organised manner
Also, show your can do attitude as it is important
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at EY (Nueva Delhi) in May 2026
Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
